I am setting up a new laptop and running into some interesting things.

If I bounce an email, smt can not send it because it is put in
/nullmailer/queue as a file with 644 permission and smt can not read it.

Every time I boot, /nullmailer/trigger is reset to 644 even though my
   umask is set to 020.

How do I change these permissions so they will stay changed?

And what sets the permission for a bounce in mutt?
