   i'm not aware of such... i helped a friend set up her synchronet system by   
   pulling from the CVS and compiling as desired... the instructions are on the   
   wiki and we created some scripts to assist with updates... they're run every   
   once in a while or as needed... that system is hosted in one of my VMs...   
      
   oh, wait... syncTERM?! oops... yeah, that's another one that i just compile   
   locally after pulling the code... i don't remember the details but mine   
   resides on my system as /opt/syncterm/syncterm-linux-x86_64 and all users have   
   access to it... i'm pretty sure that help may be found in one of the two   
   synchronet echos (not the data echo of course)...
