On Monday 26 February 2007 01:00 pm, Toby Newman ranted on thusly:

   >> PDAs are supported. I specifically bought a PalmOS-based PDA (Palm T|X)
   >> because PalmOS PDA support is robust and tested under Linux. I haven't
   >> seen much information about syncing PocketPC-based PDAs.
   >
   > How's that working out for you? I have a T|X but synch it to my XP box
   > because when I bought it the linux software wasn't ready.

Quite well, actually. Though the upgrade to Edgy broke it temporarily. Turns
out that the calendar conduits for kpilot in Edgy are broken, and it
completely erases the calendar on the PDA. Oops! So I manually deleted the
conduits, then downloaded the latest from the KDE svn, compiled and
   installed them.

Palm T|X <-> kpilot <-> kontact works very well now for calendar, contacts,
notes and file installations. Mail doesn't work, but that's cool, since I
have Versamail sync via wifi anyway.

I actually sync my T|X with Outlook on my work computer, too. Every now and
then there's some duplication between the three systems, but that's easily
   fixable.
