      If you don't know the difference between rules and laws, I can understand   
   that you are confused.   
      
      Rules that are mutually and voluntarily agreed upon, and laws made up by   
   politicians that only listen to the loudest lobby organisations and don't give   
   a damn about the citizens that are paying their wages -- they are two   
   completely different things.
