   After much delay, I am please to announce the release of the latest version of   
   my JamNNTPd/smapi with SSL.   
      
   I have two files posted a web server:

   # WIN32   
   The first, the Win32 build minimal install kit.  This has the binaries needed   
   to run the server and examples files to get you started.  Most of the   
   libraries are statically linked (like the husky project smapi needs), however,   
   some are DLLs,  the openSSL DLLs are included in this package, however, the   
   Visual Studio Runtime 2008 is a free download from Microsoft.  The   
   ReadMe-Win32.pdf included in the zip has a link for downloading.

   Sorry OS/2 folks - I cannot legally create a build environment - see the   
   source; perhaps you can build it yourself.   Too bad though, I did own a copy   
   of IBM OS/2 1.2 (on 3.5 floppy discs) and IBM OS/2 Warp (also on 2 dozen   
   floppy discs).  No sign of them anymore, and I don't even have a 3.5 drive   
   left in my junk box.
