   Not a bad guess for a Pascal and ASM programmer.  :)   I'm thinking something   
   to that effect.   
      
   Code modified for this post - the whole server needs work to support UTF-8   
   better then it does.  However, the code in nntpserv.c:   
      
   was:   
         if(chrs[0])   
               sprintf(&kludges[strlen(kludges)],"\01CHRS: %s 2"chhrs);   
      
      
   became:   
      
         if(chrs[0])   
         {   
            if(!strcmp(chrs, "UTF-8"))
