   Case in point: young Alexander initially had trouble POST-ing using his   
   Fidolook-enhanced Outlook Express.  It seems that it uses a fixed charset that   
   he calls KOI-8r.  My JamNNTPd servers are configured in the ~xlat file to   
   convert such posts to CP866, thusly...

   Is it likely that it's a simple pattern-match mis-match that's at fault?  If   
   so, then a companion line stipulating "koi-8r" might fix it?
