   i've only ever had problems with my JAMbases during development... after that,   
   i've not had any other problems that i'm aware of... i was working on such a   
   tool at one time... i got it to the point where it enabled me to repair my   
   bases when i needed to but after that, it wasn't needed any more... i don't   
   even remember what i called it or where the source code is for it... it was   
   definitely not ready for release at that time...
