   so you have a dvd, and vbox can use this disk, done this very many times here,

   vbox is nice with samba, where there is multiple vboxes exchange data   
      
   btw you can use some clouds to have backups, here my qnap nas use 10G free   
   datastore, while i provide 100G to the cloud, hehe my qnap have still over 2TB   
   free store, in raid6 :)
