   yeah... i know the feeling... plus you have to have a working Free Pascal   
   installation... it doesn't look like james is using Lazarus for his editor and   
   project maintence... if he were, i'd expect to find a lazarus project file in   
   git so that one only need to open that and then compile everything with one   
   click... i might play with it if i can find a decent git tool for w2k... i   
   have a svn tool but the git ones i looked at were horrendous to install and
