   make an patch like this:   
      
   unpack unmodified source of latest jamnntpd in dir1   
   copy dir1 to dir2   
      
   modify dir2 as you like, when done do:   
      
   diff -urp dir1 dir2 >jamnntpd_.patch   
      
   send the patch file to me, and i will include it in ebuild for gentoo and   
   funtoo
