   There are these settings in nntpserv.c:   
      
   #define WRAP_WIDTH 72   
   #define LINE_WIDTH 79   
   #define MAX_WIDTH 997   
      
   I tried to increase WRAP_WIDTH and LINE_WIDTH to something like 990   
   once. It helped with quoting utf-8 lines, but for some reason I went   
   back to originals.   
      
   Anyway, the safest setting to avoid utf-8 quoting crap is to use "flowed   
   off".
