   looks like foo in this CP437 sysop reader and i know it will also in my news   
   reader which doesn't know what utf-8 is from applesauce... thunderbird, on the   
   other hand, will read it just fine, i'm sure... maybe... will test and reply   
   from there later...

   yeah, i think i've reverted to the original setup because most of what i use
