   Sometimes it works ok, sometimes it does not. :)   
      
   When there is a from line "Oliver Thuns - Tommi Koivula", smartquote may   
   take initials O and K. First name Oliver, last name Koivula.   
      
   I have now both these settings on. Let's see.
