   I can't see any harm.  I've switched over to a preference of CP850 wherever   
   possible, both reading & posting.

   I've seen some UTF posts that screwed up so I've not been inclined to go that

   The same goes with GoldEd.  Its library of those files look similar too.  I   
   wonder if there was some collusion going on in the past.  :)
