     Not sure, just created a fake user with a@a.com as the email address   
   and it passed.  Just make sure you filled out somethign in every field.   
   My programming skills aren't what they once were, and I wrote that CGI   
   a number of years ago now.  So... Honestly I don't have a guess.  If   
   you want to email me a username and password manually I will make sure   
   it's setup for you.  shighfield is the username and my email is handled   
   by the mighty gmail which has a dot com after it.
