   Sort of. I am talking about the active code page for the command line window.   
   Either pure DOS or the command line interface of Windows.   
      
   You can see what the active code page is, when you type "CHCP" at the command   
   line. If your active codepage is 437, you will only see a few rarely used   
   characters wrong.
