   This is the main point of your entire reply, in my opinion. New people come in   
   with the expectation that everything should be handed to them in working   
   order. They do not realize that sysops have always done this as a hobby, as   
   well as all the headaches that can come with it.   
      
   Sometimes you just need to do things yourself and make it work. :)
