   It probably IS indeed up to snuff. His lack of inspiration and absolute   
   refusal to try to compile anything is holding him back from actually testing   
   what's "currently" there for general use.   
      
   It seems as though he's just going to continue to complain and blame everyone   
   else for his system not working as he expects it to.
