   As you see, the indents are increased  with  tin  as   
   well.  So far I have confirned it with:   
      
     a.  Sylheed (on WinXP),   
     b.  Xnews (on WinXP),   
     c.  and with tin (on MacBook 2007)   
      
   I don't think it can be client-specific.
