   It  does  justify  the text, for "there is no try".  I am on   
   Windows and use cross-platform Sylpheed as  newsreader,  but   
   it is with GNU Troff that I prepare my messages.

   DD> here on Win7 it displays the text in a fixed pitch font.

   That's  the  only  right  way  to display hard-wrapped plain
