   In checking things out I noticed that Thunderbird was setup to use UTF8 but   
   Jamnntpd was setup to use ISO-8859 charset. Once I setup both to use the same   
   charset (ISO-8859) then I could post.   
      
   Now, I can post messages but if a reply to someone else's post. My reply fails   
   as Thunderbird says:   
      
   " -> Jeff Smith"  is not a valid e-mail address"   
      
   If I enter my email address in place of  above then Thunderbird just   
   sends my reply back to me as an email and doesn't post the reply to Jamnntpd.   
      
   As I stated I haven't done alot with Jamnntpd and am still on a learning curve.
