   Is there any better way to convert Squish to JAM than creating the JAM area,   
   and using Golded to copy all the messages over?   
      
   Have only found an ancient DOS utility that swgfaults because of my computer   
   being too fast and also only supports 8.3 filenames.   
      
   A test showed that the resulting base was "locked" and golded refused to touch   
   it ;)
