   it may be like fastecho where tinyseenby is forced on zone crossing echomail   
   but is an option for other areas... back when these were written, it was   
   necessary to tinyseenby because of duplicate nets across the zones... there   
   never was anything wrong with that, though... the hard part now is to make   
   tinyseenby optional for all areas and not enforced on zone crossing posts...
