   Yes.  I'm looking at the scenario from the POV of the sysop running the CM II   
   Areafix.  The user has all the power, Scottie!   
      
   In FastEcho terms: there ain't no 'Node manager' F4 (echolist browse)   
   function.  Also, the CM II Areafix function distinctly lacks a "%FROM"   
   capability.
