   Win98, as explained previously.  For that, I apologise.  It's fixed again,   
   now, and requires re-starting every 24 hours (manually)... as a consequence of   
   the hammering by several users.  :)   
      
   It's a pity that it cannot be manipulated by semaphores, as if from a BATch   
   file, to be re-started... as does my Radius mailer.   
      
   My other server, the linux doo-hickey on ~640/1384, can run for months.    
   Though in that server's case I am the only user of it.
