   no... not at all... as i recall, my util is kinda like JAMUTIL in that it   
   shows the raw fields... but it allows direct manipulation of some of the size   
   fields such that the subfields sizes and/or the text body field sizes could be   
   adjusted or marked as deleted... as i wrote before, it was very raw with no   
   security checks of any kind...
