   Debian squeeze (testing).  The system was last updated just a few days   
   ago, and gets updated regularly, but this problem has been around for   
   a few months now.  A number of other applications including all the   
   DOS emulation stuff used to run the BBS is working fine, as is IREX   
   as long as I don't try to use -daemon.
