   I have been looking online for quite sometime for a solution, have not found   
   one yet. A lot of the documentation   
   seems to be for SBBS (DOS) and some of it is for the Version 3 which is the   
   windows version, there is nothing clear to understand what instructions that I   
   am looking at.   
   Never really did like the RA clone - ELEBBS but if works better then SBBS than   
   I will work through the issues with it.

   yes really I like the stats that it indicates, percentage of the mail packet   
   remaining as it tosses the mail. Currently fmail does the same thing but not   
   as pretty. Thats what logs are for to understand how many message tosses and   
   where, fmail.log and summary.log
