   You should set up the commands -s and -f to run as internal commands in the   
   Event Setup portion of rexcfg*.exe.  I have REX set up to run '-s -f' every   
   15 minutes and then a between.bat file set to run my pxmail.exe and   
   pxtic.exe files between the runs.
