   Rex is creating the message from its gating the mailing list.  I forgot that   
   Rex can do that (I use a different system to gate stuff into my BBS that's got   
   more features than Rex does), so yes, I gather Rex can create packets, but   
   only if it's gated stuff.  Normal mail Rex doesn't touch.
