   I think that depends on the transport mechanism you're using.  (BinkP, FTP,   
   email, whatever.)  If I remember, for some of those the packet password IS the    
   session password.   
   Also, it's possible that the program at the other end doesn't differentiate, so   
   he may only have set a packet password as far as he's concerned, but his mailer   
   checks session passwords against that too.
