   via a gateway?  I've got inbound working, but not outbound.  Do I need to set   
   up a node?  It seemed to want a specific email address, instead of grabbing   
   one from the messsage.  I think just the gateway is the way to go, but I   
   might not have it all set up right.  Help would be welcome.
