   ->   They can't connect at all. I recently did change the type of mailer    
   -> from InterMail (which I used to run) to BinkleyTerm. Whether that will

   Did you check to make sure your binkp port was opened and forwarded on    
   your firewall/router?  And are they trying to connect via binkp instead    
   of telnet?
