   his system shouldn't be sending the ?LO files... the ?UT files, on the other   
   hand, are PKT files... they contain netmail or echomail... your downlink has   
   not got their stuff configured properly...

   you mean SA0 TU2 and similar? those are bundles... they contain PKTs...
