   In my case, this does not work. Different ISPs enter my area from different   
   directions. A power outage is much worse for me, since I do not have the   
   physical ability to provide myself with two independent power supply beams,   
   and a UPS that provides several hours of operation for my equipment would be   
   unacceptably expensive.
