   Are you sure it is DS-Lite? My understanding is that DS-Lite is only used on   
   "fixed" networks and that mobile networks use IPv6 only with IPv4 via   
   DNS64/NAT64.   
      
   Kyivstar deploys both mobile and fixed networks do they?   
      
    AS> and their DNS servers often resolve IPv4-only DNS into NAT64

   Which would be the usual way for IPv6 on;y mobile networks.
