   Note that the first 64 bits are the same, only the last 64 bits have changed.   
      
   So... it is not your provider that changed the prefix. That would affect the   
   first 64 bits. It is within your own local network that the host part, the   
   last 64 bits have changed. So the issue is a local issue and should be   
   addressed locally.
