   Eg. you have an MX record for vlist.com that is mail.vlist.com.   
   You resolve mail.vlist.com to IPv4 or IPv6 x.x.x.x.   
   Then you do a reverse lookup of x.x.x.x.   
   If the outcome is not the domain you started from then its bad.
