   Indeed!   
   Especially IPv6 packet too big messages.   
   IPv4 would fragment on the way.   
   That is not possible in IPv6 where fragmentation is only allowed on the ends   
   of a connection.   
   It relies on the ICMP packet too big arriving at the sender, so he can resend.
