   I certainly would like to see some more pressure on ISPs to get moving with   
   IPv6, but I don't think it is in RIPE's power to reclaim once issued IPv4   
   space.   
      
   I wish I had magic powers that could enhance IPv6 adoption. But, alas I have   
   not. All I have is a tiny bit of power of persuasion to entice my fellow   
   Fidonet sysops to try "bottom up".
