   of course there is... who do you think commits the code that Kees and Tommi   
   compile for their new bleeding edge versions? the bigger question is where was   
   the code submitted? was it a pull request or a patch? some coding teams refuse   
   all submissions unless they are PRs based on the latest repository commit...
