   We were talking about port 445 - Windows SMB sharing.  Unless there's some   
   really obscure registry hack I've never heard off, I don't know how to make   
   that listen on specific interfaces/IPs.  Sure on *NIX using Samba, you could do   
   it, but the vast majority of machines using this port are Windows boxes.    
   Firewalling is your only option.
