   I could not managed to do it either. (It allways listens on :: for me on IPv6)   
   There is also a bindaddr option, but it seems to do nothing.   
      
   But I still do not understand your usecase.   
   Why not simply let binkd do all the talking, and let your tosser forward   
   packets when needed?
