   Yes, that is the portproxy service of feste-ip.net that I wrote about in my   
   Fidonews articles about my DS-Lite emulation experiments. I kept it just to be   
   prepaired in case my provider converts me to DS-Lite overnight. ;-)

   2001:1608:10:199:a::208 is the IPv6 address of the port proxy. I would not   
   call it a fake address, it is a "real" address, it pings.   
      
   But of course there is no binkp server answering at that address. Port proxies   
   normally operate just one way.   
      
   With IPv4 one could usually call back on the same IPv4 address. With IPv6 that   
   is not a given...
