   He was not moving to another system, he was merely adding IPv6 to his internet   
   connection. Having two different configs one for IPv4 and one for IPv6 /is/ an   
   exotic scenario in that case.

   Wrong layer. IPv6/IPv6 is internet layer. Software configuration is   
   application layer.
