   I believe so. I googled about this and it seems so. WinXP and Win2003 are so   
   dumb about this, later Windozes do not force the slaac address if there is   
   manually set address available.   
      
   I could turn off radvd in the router, but then I'd have to manually configure   
   every client.   
      
   Bindaddr in binkd config might help, but that's only fine tuning. It doesn't   
   really matter from what ip the call goes out.
