   in danmark i payed 37 kr pr static ip, not just for the one adsl line, so when   
   i had 12 public ips (one /30 + one /29) total 12 ips, but only 6 can be used   
   for incoming, if that 12 ips was assigned via dhcp static config there would   
   be saved 6 ips ! (50% waste)
