       Yes, the exit node gushes cleartext.  Someone has to, unless the service is   
   built to encrypt further.

       That page seems to have a fairly decent description of the process.  I do   
   not believe that the exit node can determine your IP, however.  Of course if   
   there are a sufficient number of compromised nodes...
