   Sorry I'm super-behind on my posts.  I heard Teranews is okay for this -- you    
   can set up a Rex gateway on your end and "gate" your BBS message area to    
   Usenet that way.  Wish I remembered the details.   
      
   Anyway they have a free plan with a one-time setup fee, as long as you're not    
   downloading more than 50MB per day.  Good way to get started.
